Situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside, this chateau has been in our family for over 600 years. The property is surrounded by our arable, organic working farm. We can provide you with 3 star accommodation in the chateau and nights to remember in one of our stunning tree-houses.
Our popular "Tarzan and Jane" option of stays in the tree-houses, followed by nights in the chateau allows you the opportunity to sample both.
"Panier repas" made from delicious, locally sourced Normandy ingredients are available on request.

Jacques and Pascale have offered 3 guestrooms au chateau since 1992. They like to receive guests in their house full of hidden charms, to which they are particularly attached. You should speak to them for the best places to visit and where to eat in the region!
Agnès lives in the farmhouse with her three young children. She runs the tree houses...nothing like we all made as children but proper treehouses with staircases, floors, walls, roofs, windows, proper beds, terraces for dining etc. They have had 6 large tree houses professionally built here at La Grande Noë for those who want to get closer to nature or perhaps relive a bit of their childhood up with the birds...a stay you will never forget...
Sophie, Agnès sister, lives in the former laundry house. She has the organic farm on which she cultivates cereal crops such as wheat and barley while in her "spare time" enters horse and carriage competitions with her ponys. She has twice represented France at the World Championships…... you will see Sophie practicing the dressage or the marathon with her ponys in our fields unless she is on her tractor of course...and you will surely appreciate her organic apple juice, to drink here or to take away.
